All readers can use Library’s materials for reference in the Reading Room.

Shelving and Shelfmarking System in Reading Rooms

  • The  shelfmark with OIN prefix indicates the book collection of Informatorium. The collection is also divided into 12 departments marked with letters from A to P. Only department L is subdivided into parts.

  • Within a sub department books are arranged by shelfmark.

  • Doctoral theses are arranged by shelfmark.

  • Different editions of a book are arranged by the year of publication (from older edition onwards).
