To find a book on the shelf you need:
- call number (numerical designation of the book location)
- department

SEARCHING FOR ITEMS ON THE SHELVES
Free access collection, called “KSIĘGOZBIÓR STUDENCKI” located in the lending room is divided into 12 departments marked with the letters A through P. Books have been arranged in numerical order.
Find a bookcase with the right letter from the catalog description
and search for the shelf with the call number

Books with a red stripe are borrowed for 14 days only.
You can find all English books in one place next to INFO 2.
Self-Check
Self-check allows readers to borrow books on their own.
ONLINE REQUESTING FROM CLOSED ACCESS COLLECTION
Some books are kept in areas not accessible to readers, you can request them by online catalog
To order an item you need to:
- search for literature by the author, title, call number, key words, etc.
- select an available copy by clicking on the “Request Copy” button

- log into a library account
- confirm the order
RECEIVING ORDERED ITEMS
Ordered books must be picked up in the lending room at the earliest 30 minutes from the moment of placing the order and at the latest on the 3rd day, including the day of the order; part-time students at the latest on the 16th day.
