We kindly inform you that on 1 January 2026, the Poznań University of Technology Library will implement the new KOHA library system, which will provide more functional and transparent access to the online catalogue and library services.
Due to the implementation work, there will be a technical break in access to the online catalogue on 30–31 December 2025. During this time, it will also not be possible to provide ongoing user support in the library system, including loans, returns and other library operations.
In addition, from 30 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, it will not be possible to return library materials via the book drop. Returns can be made at the circulation desk during library opening hours.

At the same time, we inform you that all return or loan renewal deadlines falling within the period from 30 December 2025 to 11 January 2026 will be automatically extended to 12 January 2026.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these changes.
Please also note that the method of logging into your reader account and electronic resources (via the HAN system) will change. Upon first login, please use your library number (visible on your library card, and for students – in the USOS 2.0 application in the My eID tab) and your PIN from the previous system. The system will then ask you to set a new password.
